Established in 2015, Mi Pueblo has been a great addition to the community of Copperopolis. We offer a variety of authentic Mexican food. We have all sorts of traditional soups, tacos, burritos, salads, enchiladas, and our fan favorite best fajitas in town. We also offer seafood options, including: crab enchiladas, alaskan pollock fish tacos, and shrimp cocktails. We are open to mixing and matching your favorite meats, sauces, and spices to create your ideal dish, like shrimp tacos or vegetarian burritos.
